Permanent Christmas Light Pricing in Southeast Idaho
Here's exactly what IDAGLO charges — published openly, the same pricing for every city we serve.
Our Pricing
Color-changing lights: $24–$30 per linear foot
Your final price is your roofline's linear footage × the per-foot rate, adjusted for install complexity. No hidden fees, no mystery math — your quote is built from your actual roofline.
What Affects the Final Price
- Linear footage — the biggest factor. We measure along your roofline where the track goes.
- Classic white vs. color-changing — white is the clean, timeless, budget-friendly option. Color-changing adds full app-controlled colors and patterns for every holiday.
- Install complexity — steep roofs, multiple stories, dormers, and complex peaks take more time and material.
How to Get Your Exact Price

Same Pricing in Every City We Serve
Our per-foot pricing doesn't change by city: Pocatello, Idaho Falls, Rexburg, Blackfoot — plus Ammon, Rigby, Shelley, Chubbuck, Iona, and surrounding Southeast Idaho communities.
Wherever you are in our service area, the pricing above is the pricing you get.

The 5-Year Math
Here's the comparison that actually matters. Take a 120-foot roofline at our color-changing rate: $2,880–$3,600 — once. That covers the next 5 years, 10 years, and beyond. There is no year two.
Now stack that against five years of the old way: new strands every time sections die, clips and timers and extension cords, hauling the ladder out every November and back up in January, finding somewhere to store all of it — or paying someone else to climb your roof in the cold, every single year.
One install. Every season. That's the whole pitch.
Pricing FAQ
Why do you charge per linear foot?
Because every roofline is different. Per-foot pricing keeps the quote honest — a ranch pays less than a two-story with peaks and dormers — and you can see exactly how your number was built.
Which option should I choose?
Classic white is the timeless look at the friendliest price. Color-changing costs more but turns one installation into lighting for every occasion — Christmas, Halloween, the 4th of July, game days — plus warm-white accent lighting year-round.
